Boldenone, commonly known under the trade name Equipoise, or boldenone undecylenate, is a popular veterinary steroid of many athletes. Its effect is moderately anabolic and only slightly androgenic. It induces solid and relatively steady muscle gains. However, the best results are achieved in combination with other steroids.

Anabolic effects: The effects of Equipoise are very reminiscent of the effects of nandrolone, although both substances are chemically distinct. It induces slower but much better muscle gains than "fast" steroids. It is necessary to wait at least 3 weeks for the first results. It increases pumping during exercise, which is caused by an increase in the number of red blood cells through stimulation of erythropoietin. It also increases the appetite, which is highly appreciated. It is only flavored on average and does not make it so good for pre-competition preparation. The volume is combined with Anadrol, Dianabol, or testosterone injections such as Sustanon 250. The hardness and density of the muscles can be greatly improved by joining with non-simulating steroids such as Primobolan or Winstrol (eg 300-400 mg boldenone per week + 50 mg Winstrol / Stanozolol per day) Parabolan and trenbolone. In combination with testosterone dramatically increases strength.
Side Effects: Equipoise is generally safer than testosterones; 300-400 mg per week are rarely seen as more serious side effects. It is neither hepatotoxic and can be used for long cycles. Few days after the injection, however, transient unpleasant feelings resemble the cold. This side effect is reminiscent of Sustanon 250. As has been said above, aromatization reaches average values. Women report mistreatment problems, post-menopausal bleeding, increased libido, nipple irritation, increased hair or thickening of the voice, clitoral enlargement.
Boldenon has a weak tendency to reduction via 5-alpha reductase, but dihydroboldenone is about 7 times more androgen than testosterone.
Dosage: The average dose is 200-400 mg per week. In the body, boldenone remains active for about 4 weeks. Since Equipoise is mostly manufactured in versions of 250 and 500 mg , injections are taken several times a week (usually every other day) and frequent application can cause problems. If the injection site is not alternated, increased oil concentration can cause abscess. This usually spontaneously disappears, but in heavier cases, a doctor's help is needed. Therefore athletes should be careful and alternate application sites.
One of the most popular versions is Ganabol from Laboratorios V.M. in Central and South America. It is available mostly in 50 mg but also in 10, 100 and 250 mg versions. Ganabol is made in a brown glass ampoule with a green label. The 50 mg / ml version has a large "50" on the packaging.
Equipoise remains active for a relatively long time (up to 4 months), making it unsuitable for athletes who are afraid of doping tests.
